Bishop Nelson Cardoza
Bishop Nelson Cardoza worked hard for many years to feed his family and to save enough money to buy some simple tools and pieces of equipment for a metal furniture shop. Last year, he heard about Eagle Condor Humanitarian and applied to participate in the Micro enterprise Development Program. He was admitted, and after he attended the small business management classes, an Andes-ECH consultant helped him plan for expansion and to receive a loan. Soon he was making a good living. Within a couple of month he could purchase more equipment and had hired three employees.
