1. Micro Enterprise Development & Loans
- Objective: Reinforce the business and help to develop or expand the business.
- Methodology: Training, consulting, mentors. Support for obtaining financial credit if needed.

2. Projects
Libraries
- Book Donations: Condor Humanitarian will help develop and support libraries in schools in Chiclayo and Cuzco in 2008.
Volunteers will help raise the money for book donations and develop a plan to help the school
staff enhance their school libraries. We also receive book donations from the Deyhle Foundation.
Construction Projects:
- Water systems
- Construction: housing, bathrooms, classrooms, library rooms, water systems and solar showers, etc
3. Humanitarian Expeditions
- The Eagle of the North helping the Condor of the south. Humanitarian projects in the Cuzco, Chiclayo and Trujillo area (see our expedition page for dates and places)
4. Youth Expeditions
- LDS Youth expedition during the summer months. Goal setting, group activities. Humanitarian Projects
5. Medical and Dental Expeditions
- In coordination with the staff at Innovasis Inc., medical expedition will teach techniques to doctors in Peru and perform surgeries together with local doctors. Dental expeditions are led by USA dentists.
