Shon returns from Chiclayo and Piura

Shon Hiatt, a graduate student in Organization Behavior from BYU, returned this week from Peru. He spent 10 days with Oswaldo Tello and his team doing 125 family surveys among the applicants for our training classes. This will give us our baseline to start our micro enterprise training programs and in a year we will be able to accurately measure our work with the people.
